Forensic Accounting:
We work with local attorneys to provide forensic accounting and tax support for their clients going through litigation.

Business Valuations, Sales and Purchases:
We prepare valuations for businesses in buy/sell arrangements and help structure the business for best management practices and to minimize tax exposure. We also provide valuations for litigation support and for estate-tax purposes.

Small Business Accounting:
We provide clients with monthly, quarterly or annual accounting and financial statements to support management operating decisions. We prepare payroll taxes on a quarterly and annual basis and sales taxes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. We work with both on-site and absentee business owners.

Fiduciary Services:
We can serve as your financial agent to assist in the collection of and accounting for income, payment of bills, etc. We can also serve as personal representative of your estate, as well as trustee of either a living or testamentary trust.
